Got refunded by Bulge Invest.

Do you remember Bulge Invest, the hyip that stopped paying a few days ago?
Today I got a mail from Liberty Reserve with the notification of a payment: I got refunded by the Bulge Invest admin.
How rare is this?
Actually I've seen before admin promitting refunds to investors but this is the very first time that I got a real refund from a Hyip.
Thanks to my upline that took care of the matter and obviously to the Bulge Invest admin!
