When a hyip stops paying I always prefer to wait some time just to make sure that it's 100% sure. Now it has been confirmed from many reliable sources so we can say that it's official, Safe Risk stopped paying.
Many investors use the term "scam" in these type of situations, but this is not scam from my point of view.
Safe Risk has been one of the best and most profitable hyips of 2012, it generated profits for almost 4 months (and it's a lot in the hyip jungle) putting in the "green zone" lots of investors (yes, me too) and this means that the admin did an excellent work.
If someone joined Safe Risk late and lost money, well I'm sorry but that's called bad timing.
